Returns and Refunds

Manufacturer’s Guarantee
We agree to replace parts of our product if any of them are damaged due to manufacturing defect or shipping activities. Replacement will be shipped out within 7 working days, and arrival time varies depending on your shipping location.
Products damaged by mis-use or negligence on the customer’s behalf will not be replaced.

Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. Which means we will only accept returns if it is within 30 days since you receive your product’s delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product has to be unused and in the same condition that you received it. And also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed accordingly.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We suggest that you use a trackable shipping service. Because we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It is important that you are able to track where your returned item is when we do not receive it.
